  • TestLiveCrowDeliversInNest: server over the real brain (NewBrain), a request to a live crow, asserts the reply is responsive (deliver/claim/decline), addresses the requester, points at the request, and produced a logged non-mock Hugin flight (proves it went through Flock.ask). Skips without a key, and skips on upstream model failure (the pinned free model is intermittently 429'd by Google AI Studio — CLAUDE.md section 7) so the suite never lies.
  • ReadEvents: parses flight.jsonl back into events (test + future crows stats).

Closes #13 · Epic: #2

Red: main has no live-delivery test and no way to read the flight log.
Green:

--- SKIP: TestLiveCrowDeliversInNest (upstream 429 on gemma-4-26b-a4b-it:free, captured verbatim)
go test -race . → ok somanycrows (50 tests)

Verified once against the API: the call fails with OpenRouter returned 429 … temporarily rate-limited upstream and the test skips with that diagnosis rather than passing falsely. Re-run with any unthrottled model to see it go green.
