New "Nest messages" section in EVENTS.md: the 7 kinds (say/request/claim/deliver/refer/nudge/flag), the full payload record (msg_id, kind, author, text, to, refers_to, tagged_by), the nest.message SSE event, POST /api/nests/{nest_id}/messages and GET /api/events?nest_id=, the Jev-first tagging rule from #3, and guardrails (length, membership, postable kinds, rate limit reuse).
Replaces the B1 stub. Contracts-first: this lands before the server/UI code (B2+).
Docs only — no Go changes, existing suite untouched.
