Quill prompt now includes a capped block of the 20 most recent nest messages (excluding the requesting message), formatted as [author|kind] text with text truncated to 200 runes
Empty nest emits the line The nest has no earlier messages.
History cap constant quillHistoryCap lives in quill.go, not guardrails
Three new tests: TestQuillPromptContainsNestHistory, TestQuillEmptyNestSaysQuiet, TestQuillHistoryCap
